To be 'allowed' in a woman's body is a great honor for a man. And if she gives her consent, access to her sacred space, body and energy should always be done with the utmost care and intention.
Her vulva is both delicate and sacred, the origin of all life. She is the portal to life we all walked through. We are all moved by their warm and caring channel, so let us express our gratitude.
Act is an exchange of energy. We should only enter into their holiness to impart, create and strengthen love. Doesn't mean we can't be wild anymore. But their Vulva is never the place to unload your suppressed feelings, shame or anger. Her tissue is translucent. She sucks everything you put into her.
So instead of releasing your unresolved pain into her, give her your love, strength, passion and dedication. Allow her to absorb your heart through your heart. She is huge and powerful. She is the gateway to existence. And men will never fully understand their accomplices.
That would be perfectly fine if we honor her mystery and allow her to guide us down a path different than we know and will exceed our wildest imagination.
We owe it to the female body to respect and care for it. We men have been taught for centuries to sexualize their sacred territory. I certainly have. I objectified women and their bodies, abused them and poured my own repressed wounds into them.
I didn't know how to do it differently because I was afraid of being thrown out of my tribe by my peers. And as irresponsible and volatile as it may sound, I needed these experiences to eventually learn and analyze my own behavior and other men’s behavior.
I think we as men need to embrace our inner feminine. Accept her as she is. She longs to be heard behind the outer walls we proudly erected to hide behind our shame and machismo. After stupid and destructive statements like ver... you", "stop whining" or "don't get f...... n".
We men need to make the change. We need to speak our mind. We need to be more open and expressive. Doesn't mean we can't be strong and masculine anymore. We can still be determined and stubborn, hard when necessary, but also gentle and clever, coming from the heart.
We need to unite with women and share our differences and similarities. We need to communicate effectively. And to do that, we must first understand ourselves.
This means we have to dive deep into the places we want to avoid: the shame and the jealousy, the anger of all the moments we’re not respected and seen, the hate and the fear, and the tears we haven’t shed.
We need to look at the snapshots of all the times we belittle ourselves or others belittle us. Listen to all the voices we have blindly taken over. Investigating how the footprints that no longer serve us, but hold us back. Explore the false roles we play and how they mask our fearless and vibrant sovereignty.
We need to grab our eggs, straighten our spikes, soften our bellies, and speak and act on our hearts again.
If you want to respect women, you have to respect yourself first bro. She is the land, the earth. You are the seed that will make existence with her.
