“THE CHILD DOES NOT FORGET... JUST LEARN TO BE QUIET” 🔥

Most broken adults were not born weak. They were born in homes where they were taught to feel guilty for existing. Kids who grew up listening to: “You are no good for nothing. ”

“Stop crying. ” “Everything does wrong. ” “Because of you I am like this. ” “Shut up. ”
And then they wonder why adults accept crumbs.... why do they beg for love... why do they have a hard time setting boundaries... why do they feel anxiety when someone raises their voice...
why do they forgive betrayals that destroy their soul. Because a child doesn't understand evil. Kid thinks if mom or dad hurt him... then it must be his fault. There begins the silent destruction.
There are women who are smiling online today... but inside they're still that girl who never felt enough. The one who learned to apologize for everything. The one who feels bad mother rests.
The one who endures humiliation for fear of being alone. The one who confuses love with suffering because all her childhood saw screams, contempt and manipulation. And the saddest thing is this: Many parents think feeding and clotheing a child is loving.
No. You can also destroy a child with words. With indifference. With humiliations.
With comparisons. With cold silences. With violence disguised as "discipline". Childhood is not erased.
It transforms into the inner voice that accompanies a person all their life. That's why there are successful adults who feel empty. Beautiful women who feel like they are not enough. People who give their all... waiting to get the love they missed as kids.
But here's the truth no one wants to accept: A wounded child does not stop loving his parents. Stop loving yourself. And healing doesn't mean hating those who hurt you.
It means to stop justifying what broke you. If you have kids... look at them well. Cause someday the way you talk to them.. will be the voice with which they will speak to themselves. And if you're an emotionally broken woman today.. understand this:
It wasn’t your fault you grew up in a toxic environment. But yes it is your responsibility to stop normalizing pain. Because who does not heal their wounds... he ends up inheriting them. 💔 Sometimes the hardest hit a child receives... it ain't from the street.
He comes from the house where he was supposed to feel safe. ---mendoza male
