RELATIONSHIP

Woman, Your body is your first home, before you had a name, a role, a relationship, or an identity, you had your body.

Woman, Your body is your first home, before you had a name, a role, a relationship, or an identity, you had your body.

Your body was your first home. It was the first place your soul entered and the first place where life began to communicate with you.

As a little girl, your body naturally knew how to feel joy, wonder, curiosity, and pleasure. You danced without shame, cried without apology, and laughed without fear. Your body trusted life completely. But when you experienced criticism, neglect, abuse, rejection, or emotional pain, your body learned something different. It learned that feeling deeply was not always safe. So your body adapted. It became vigilant. It became protective. It learned to hold tension in your jaw, your chest, your belly, your hips, and your heart. These tensions became your armor. The body never creates armor because it is weak. It creates armor because it is intelligent. It does everything possible to protect the soul from further pain.
Over time, many women become strangers to their own bodies. They stop listening to their needs, suppress their emotions, ignore their intuition, and disconnect from their sensations. The body, however, never gives up. It continues to whisper. Sometimes it whispers through exhaustion. Sometimes through anxiety. Sometimes through sadness, loneliness, or the feeling that something is missing. Your body is always inviting you back home. A woman who is disconnected from her body often searches for herself outside of herself. She seeks validation, love, and safety from the world because she has forgotten that her first home still exists within her.
But healing begins the moment she returns to her body with compassion instead of judgment. When she places a hand on her heart and asks, "How do I feel?" she opens a doorway. When she allows herself to cry, tremble, breathe deeply, and soften, she begins rebuilding trust with her body. The body slowly starts believing, "I am safe now. I no longer need to carry everything alone." And something beautiful happens.
The nervous system begins to regulate. The breath becomes deeper. The heart opens. The body softens. The soul feels welcomed again. A woman who comes home to her body becomes deeply connected to herself. She feels her intuition more clearly. She honors her boundaries. She experiences more presence, more joy, and more aliveness. Her body no longer feels like a burden. It becomes a sacred companion. Because the truth is this, Woman, your body is not your enemy. It is not something to fix, punish, or ignore. Your body is your first home, your first language, and your first temple.
And every time you choose to listen to it, honor it, and return to it, you are returning home to your own soul. Woman, I am inviting you back home, to the parts of yourself you abandoned to survive, to the body that still carries your untold stories, and to the soul that has been waiting to be heard. I have only 6 seats for the November– January window of my 3-Month One-on-One Deep Healing Journey. If your soul feels this calling, don't ignore it. So message me for more information.
