Woman, your relationship with your body is the most spiritual bond because this body is like your home.
And you know what happens if you don't have a home or if your home is completely messed up. You don't feel grounded, peaceful, or safe. In the same way, when you are disconnected from your body, something within you always feels unsettled.
Your body is so sacred, so divine. You are going to a temple, church, or any spiritual place, but if your body is blocked and disconnected, prayer can't happen deeply. You can speak the words, follow the rituals, and sit in silence, but spirituality is not only something you practice outside yourself. Your body is also part of your spiritual experience.
Because Divine Mother always said, “I'm within you.” You don't need to search for me everywhere. First, you need to connect with yourself, and then you can feel my presence everywhere. When you begin to come home to yourself, the whole world starts becoming your temple.
Your hips are lifeless, your nipples are numb, your yoni has no sensation, there is no wetness, your body feels cold, there is no heat, and there is no movement. You are living inside your body, but you are not deeply feeling your body. This disconnection doesn't happen without a story.
There is pain, grief, fear, abuse, neglect, rejection, abandonment, shame, humiliation, betrayal, loneliness, suppression, disappointment, heartbreak, anger, resentment, guilt, unmet longing, and years of emotions within your experience. Layer after layer, the body learns to protect itself.
Sometimes you become so used to this disconnection that numbness starts feeling normal. You wake up, work, take care of everyone, complete your responsibilities, smile, talk, and continue living. From the outside, everything can look completely fine, while inside you hardly feel yourself.
And then you start doing everything in the name of healing and fitness. Gym , Rituals, ancestral healing, so-called retreats, massages, spiritual trips, ceremonies, workshops, and one practice after another. You keep moving from one experience to another, believing that the next thing will finally give you what you are searching for.
But without a connection with your body, these things can become another way of soothing yourself. You feel something for a few hours or a few days, and then you return to the same disconnection. The experience changes, but your relationship with your own body remains untouched.
Sometimes you are doing these things simply to satisfy yourself or please your family, friends, teacher, guru, or the spiritual community around you. You complete the ritual, attend the retreat, take the trip, receive the massage, and tell yourself, “I'm healing.” But ask yourself honestly: Am I actually becoming more connected with my body?
Without connection with your body, you can spend enormous amounts of time and money searching outside yourself. After some years, you say, “I have invested so much in my healing.” But investment alone doesn't mean transformation. Sometimes you have simply invested in repeatedly soothing yourself without going into the deeper layers you have been avoiding.
A retreat can give you a beautiful experience. A massage can relax you. A trip can refresh you. A ritual can carry personal or spiritual meaning. These things are not necessarily useless in themselves. But they cannot replace your relationship with your own body. If you continuously use them to escape what your body is communicating, they become temporary soothing rather than deeper inner work.
Because after everything is finished, you still return to your body. After the retreat, you return to your body. After the massage, you return to your body. After the ancestral ritual, you return to your body. After the spiritual trip, you return to your body. After your teacher leaves, you return to your body. Your body is the home you cannot leave.
Woman, spirituality is not about escaping your body. It is about coming deeper into your body. It is about noticing your breath, your sensations, your emotions, your movement, your softness, your strength, your pleasure, your boundaries, and your aliveness.
Your body has carried you through every chapter of your life. It carried your happiness, heartbreak, relationships, losses, responsibilities, fears, desires, and dreams. Still, so many women spend their entire lives fighting, judging, ignoring, or abandoning the same body that has carried them everywhere.
Healing is slowly rebuilding this relationship. It is listening when your body says no. It is noticing when your body wants rest. It is allowing grief when grief comes, anger when anger comes, softness when softness returns, and pleasure when your body feels safe enough to experience it.
Your sensuality is also part of this relationship. Sensuality is not only about another person. It is your ability to feel yourself—the warmth of your skin, the movement of your hips, the softness of your breath, the sensations moving through you, and the feeling of being alive inside your own body.
When you have experienced abuse, neglect, rejection, or years of emotional suppression, you can become disconnected from these sensations. Your body learns protection before pleasure. That is why healing cannot simply be forced. You slowly create enough safety to feel yourself again.
Your hips carry movement. Your breasts and nipples carry sensation. Your yoni carries sensitivity and intimate awareness. Your whole body carries an extraordinary capacity to feel. When you have been disconnected for years, reconnecting with these parts of yourself can become a deeply spiritual journey.
Woman, don't treat your body like an object that needs to look perfect. Treat it like your sacred home. Listen to it. Feel it. Respect its boundaries. Give it movement, nourishment, rest, touch, breath, silence, and presence. Your relationship with your body changes when you stop standing against it and begin standing with it.
The deeper you connect with your body, the more you begin to recognize what belongs to you and what you have been carrying from your past. You begin exploring your wounds, fears, grief, desires, boundaries, longing, and everything you once pushed away.
And slowly, there is more warmth. More sensation. More movement. More softness. More presence. You begin noticing places that once felt numb. You begin discovering yourself beneath all the protection you developed over the years.
This is why your relationship with your body is one of your deepest spiritual relationships. Before searching everywhere for the Divine Mother, come home to yourself. Explore the sacredness already living within you.
Because when you truly begin to inhabit your own home, your body, you don't need to run everywhere searching for the divine. You begin to recognize the divine within yourself, and from there, you begin to feel her presence everywhere.
If this speaks to your heart, and you feel something awakening inside you, then know that you do not have to walk this journey alone.
